Do I need to complete the guest registration process?

Yes. All reservations must be completed through the guest portal link sent with your booking confirmation. You’ll be asked to: • Confirm your booking details• Add all guests staying at the property• Review the house rules• Complete any required pre-arrival information

Is a security deposit required?

To secure your booking, a refundable £200 security deposit or a £20 per night damage waiver (maximum £60) is required before arrival. You’ll be able to choose your preferred option through the link sent with your booking confirmation.
